Inbound Exchange Students Program Overview

How to Apply
Hansei University offers exchange program to students from sister universities all around the world on 1 semester or 1 academic year basis. For most colleges and Universities, credit earned at Hansei University can be transferred back to the home university of each student. Korean Language are available for the exchange students. On campus dormitory is available for the exchange students. For more information about the exchange program, please contact the international office of your home university or I.E.C. in Hansei University.
Application Procedure
  • Contact the international office of your home university.
  • Submit the required application documents to the international office of your home university.
  • The international office of your home university screens the application documents and interviews you to see if you are qualified.
  • The international office of your home university sends your application documents to I.E.C. in Hansei University by the application deadline.
  • I.E.C. in Hansei University screens the application documents and issues a certificate of admission.
  • I.E.C. in Hansei University sends the certificate of admission and other materials to the international office of your home university.
Required Documents (sent by post)
  • Application form Download
  • 2 passport sized photos(Color)
  • Copy of your passport(identity page)
  • Official Transcript
  • Recommendation letter from your home university professor
Application Deadline
  • For Spring Semeter: Beginning of November(Previous year)
  • For Fall Semester: Beginning of May
Fees
  • In accordance with the provisions of the exchange agreement with sister university, students are granted a full tuition waiver and no application fees.
