Student Exchange System
The Student Exchange System(hereinafter referred to as S.E.S.) provides students opportunity to study in overseas universities under the student exchange agreement for up to one year from one semester.
Every year, exchange students are selected carefully based on the exchange terms between Hansei and other universities. We highly anticipate students to grow as international leaders through academic and cultural experiences at sister universities.
The S.E.S. is divided into Exchange Student Program(here in after referred to as E.S.P) and Visiting Student Program(here in after referred to as V.S.P.). Under E.S.P. students are only required to pay tuition fee at Hansei. However, for V.S.P., students must pay tuition fee to both Hansei and sisterhood university.

Selection Criteria
- Hansei student who is qualified for scholarship entitlement.
- Applicants who have completed a degree program for at least 1 year.
- Applicants who have determined to participate sincerely in GPA(Grade Point Average) program, Language learning(English or Language of Applied country) during the exchange period.
- Applicants who have global perspective and personality.
- Applicants who are physically healthy and do not have any criteria for traveling abroad.
※ Students who are in their final semester are not eligible to apply.

Required Documents
- Student Exchange System application form(Download at the I.E.C website(www.hsiec.com) or visit I.E.C, Graduate Building 7th floor)
- Original copy of an academic transcript
- One Copy of passport and Copy of student ID card each
- Original copy of Language Certification(optional)
Notes
- A. Please ensure that applicants check the announcements on the website before contacting the I.E.C..
- B. Applicants must be enrolled at Hasnei university and have paid tuition fee during the student exchange dispatch period.
- C. Before the selection and dispatch, it is necessary to counsel with the dean of the department of major concerned about the acquisition of semesters and credit recognition.
